Representation of Authority

The client hereby permits Digital Hub Sol to access their online accounts and provide all necessary login details related to a specific service(s) that needs to be performed. These can include – web hosting, website CMS, AD campaign accounts, and Social Media Accounts.
The client hereby confirms that any content or codes provided to Digital Hub Sol are solely owned by the client, or that they have the required permission to use them. The client hereby agrees to permit Digital Hub Sol to see such information to efficiently render the service(s) needed.

Change Of Service

The client has the right to request a change in the service(s) they are receiving at any time during the contract period. Such requests will be considered by Digital Hub Sol, and a response will be provided within seven working days. To put the new changes into effect, a new contract highlighting the changes will need to be signed.

Approval

Digital Hub Sol hereby agrees to obtain the client’s approval for all changes made to the Client’s website. If the client waives his or her right to approval, any change made by Digital Hub Sol will be considered approved.

Payment

Digital Hub Sol is obligated to send an invoice to the client for the services rendered. The invoice must be paid within seven (7) business days of the invoice date. Digital Hub Sol reserves the right to suspend all services until the outstanding balance is paid if payment is past due for more than 30 days.

Data Security

The internet is an open channel and as such the client cannot hold Digital Hub Sol liable for any loss, misuse, or corruption of data.

Service Terms

Digital Hub Sol do not guarantee results against any of the services that it offers including Search Engine Optimization.

Third-Party Products and Services

Digital Hub Sol makes no guarantee of any kind regarding any of the third-party tools that may be used while delivering the required service(s) to the client.

Indemnity

The client agrees to not hold Digital Hub Sol responsible if a third party claims that any material used to provide the required service(s) to the client infringes on their or others’ intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

No part of this agreement limits or excludes the liability of either party in case of:

  • Death or injury as a result of negligence
  • Fraud
  • Other liabilities cannot be limited or excluded under UAE laws.

Subject to the clause mentioned above, both Digital Hub Sol and the client will not be liable to each other for the loss or damage of:

  • Profit or Expected Profit
  • Business
  • Opportunity
  • Contracts
  • Savings
  • Goodwill
  • Content
  • Data
  • Any other indirect loss

Confidential Information

When Digital Hub Sol and the Client share information about their businesses or other services mentioned in the contract, both parties are responsible for keeping that information confidential. If the law requires it, either party can reveal the information to the authorities.

Termination of Service

Either party can end the service by providing the other with a 30-day written notice period. The client must clear all pending dues to Digital Hub Sol within 15 working days of the termination date.
